Cut the roma tomatoes a 1/2 inch thick. Throw with garlic, 1 Tbsp olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Spread tomatoes and garlic in dish and spot in preheated 425° for 10 minutes. Eliminate garlic.
Permit tomatoes to broil an additional 15 minutes until cooked, somewhat dry and rankled. Eliminate from broiler and permit to somewhat cool.
Add broiled tomatoes to food processor alongside simmered garlic, parsley, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, paprika and red pepper drops.
Top on you most loved barbecued meat or veggies.
