1: Heat a toaster oven to 350°F. Dip your finger in a bowl of water and rub both sides of the tortillas with your finger to moisten them (this prevents the tortillas from drying out). Spread the jam on one side of both tortillas.
2: Set 1 tortilla on a foil-lined pan. Cover the tortilla with the cheese, apple slices, and turkey. Top with the other tortilla. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes, or until warm.

- 2 small 6″ 100% corn tortillas
- 2 teaspoons fig jam prepare the recipe for fig jam in the Fig and Prosciutto Sandwich, or use store-bought
- ¼ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 thin apple slices
- 2 slices 2 ounces total lean deli turkey
